After a completion of any course, learners will receive an email from Qualifi with their official endorsed certificate.

In addition, after a learner has successfully completed all learning in a course bundle, they will receive a customised iCPD certificate. These certificates are be personalised with learner’s name, course name, date of completion. This feature not only provides a sense of achievement and recognition for learners but also serves as tangible evidence of their training and compliance. The certificates can be easily downloaded from learner dashboards.

Our subscription allows organisations to recycle licences instead of purchasing more – no hidden charges for changes in staff!

We believe in making training accessible and affordable for everyone in the care sector. That’s why we offer license recycling. It allows care providers to purchase a license, and if a staff member leaves, they can reallocate it. If you add more licenses, we will automatically add this to your subscription and let you know. As always, our dedicated, friendly support team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have around your subscription.
