Leadership and Teamwork Degree (Level 4 + 5)

The Leadership and Teamwork Degree at Level 4 and Level 5 is meticulously designed to empower managers to become successful leaders and cultivate effective teamwork within their organisations.

This comprehensive 240-credit course, consisting of Undergraduate Level 4 (Leadership and Team Working) and Level 5 (Extended Diploma in Management), serves as an expedited pathway for students to reach the final year of an associated Undergraduate degree in Leadership and Management. The flexibility of completion options includes on-campus study at a UK university or via distance learning.

The Level 4 modules and assignments align with the content covered in the first year of a University Degree, while the Level 5 modules and assignments are equivalent to the second year of a University Degree. The degree structure encompasses 10 Level 4 modules (120 credits) and 10 Level 5 modules (120 credits), with each level featuring 10 written assignments. Students opting to study only at Level 4 can receive 120 credits and apply for an exemption from the first year of a university Degree course, providing them with flexibility in their academic journey.

Each module comprises approximately 40 guided learning hours, supplemented by an additional 30-50 hours of optional learning material, which includes recommended exercises, readings, and internet resources.
