Leadership Skills training
Our Leadership Skills course provides an introduction to the course, and how they can be identified and developed for the benefit of an organisation. The key functions of leadership are discussed, with reference to a number of established leadership theories, including situational leadership.
The range of skills needed for effective leadership is identified, including both personal traits and business acumen. Examples of well-known leaders are used to demonstrate the application of these traits and skills.
Perhaps the most common area where good leadership is required occurs when an organisation undergoes change. The final section of the course examines the stages of change and its management, explaining the need for a focus on the people involved and the importance of developing motivation.
